How we assess it. We compare like for like: the contracting entity and its licence, whether SAA-accredited installers are doing the work, the exact panel and inverter models, the battery's usable capacity, the warranty terms, and whether the design was engineered to the property or sized off a postcode. Where a quote is genuinely comparable, we may be able to match it. Where it isn't, we'll show you exactly where the difference sits - and if theirs is the better deal on substance, we'll say so.
