System performance
Solar energy production varies depending on many factors outside our control, including weather conditions, seasonal variations, roof orientation and tilt, shading, dust and debris, electricity consumption patterns, grid restrictions and equipment operating conditions. Performance estimates provided within your proposal are based on recognised modelling software and industry assumptions and should not be interpreted as guaranteed electricity production.
Warranty transferability
The Zero 4 Energy Installation & Workmanship Warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner of the property during the warranty period, provided:
- the original installation remains at the original property;
- the system has not been modified without written approval;
- reasonable maintenance has been undertaken;
- the new owner provides proof of property ownership if requested.
Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer's own warranty terms.
