They are based on the information you provide and on modelling assumptions, and they do not constitute a quote, an offer, or a contract.
Actual system design, pricing, generation and savings depend on factors that can only be confirmed by an engineer assessing your specific property - including roof geometry, shading, switchboard condition, network export limits, your actual usage and current rebate values. No figure produced by a tool on this Website is binding on Zero 4 Energy until confirmed in a written quote following that assessment. You should not make a purchasing decision in reliance on tool outputs alone.
