What we collect, and why

Contact and enquiry details you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, address, and what you tell us) - used to respond to you, prepare designs and quotes, and provide service.
Design and usage inputs you enter into our tools (usage, tariff, roof and system preferences) - used to generate your indicative design and, if you choose to send it, to inform your quote.
Service and warranty details you provide when lodging a request - used to triage and resolve it.
Website usage data such as pages visited and interactions, and marketing attribution (UTM) parameters - used to understand and improve the Website and measure our advertising, as described in our Cookie Policy.

How the Bill Analyser handles your bill

Your electricity bill is read entirely in your browser. The bill file itself is never uploaded to us or to any server. Only the figures extracted from it - and only if you choose to continue to a design - are sent to us. If you close the tool without continuing, nothing about your bill leaves your device.

We also collect anonymous, content-free information about how well extraction worked (which fields were found, and your retailer's name) to improve the tool. This never includes the contents of your bill.

Consent

By submitting a form or choosing to send a design to us, you consent to us collecting and using that information for the purposes above. For analytics and advertising tracking, we ask for your consent separately - see our Cookie Policy. You can withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide ongoing service and warranty support, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to de-identify or securely destroy it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver your system or service - for example with installers, product manufacturers for warranty claims, finance providers you choose to engage, and the network and rebate bodies involved in your installation - and with service providers who help us operate (under confidentiality obligations).

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
